If the cold weather in the Northeast has got you down, then hop on a flight to the Arizona desert for some deep water soloing with professional climber Sierra Blair-Coyle. Deep water soloing is climbing rock cliffs above water without a rope for protection and it is beautiful to see in action.

For all but the most elite long distance runner, qualifying for the Boston Marathon is the pinnacle of athletic achievement. For the few who don’t know, the Boston Marathon is an annual marathon (26.2 miles) hosted by several cities in greater Boston in eastern Massachusetts, United States.
