Weekend Inspiration - Deep Water Soloing with Sierra Blair-Coyle

If the cold weather in the Northeast has got you down, then hop on a flight to the Arizona desert for some deep water soloing with professional climber Sierra Blair-Coyle.  Deep water soloing is climbing rock cliffs above water without a rope for protection and it is beautiful to see in action.

Sierra also reflects on what it means to be an athlete and that "what makes you better is what makes you sore." Watch Sierra finding her stride:

Share in the stoke - Afterglow, a sick skiing video

We are already thinking about skiing (yeah we know, it is hardly even Fall).  There has been a light dusting in the mountains out west and we can't wait to strap on the skis.
